Can we provide our own merchandise?

You can ask. Tell us what you have and we’ll review whether it suits the kit. We can’t promise that every item will be suitable.

Do you offer storage and ongoing fulfilment?

For suitable projects, yes. Storage, inventory management and ongoing fulfilment can be arranged through our partners, depending on your requirements.

Can we personalise individual kits?

Where suitable. We can offer personalisation such as names, individual cards and selected branded products. Availability depends on the products, quantities and branding method.

Is there a minimum order?

There isn’t a single fixed minimum for custom kitting. It varies with the products, packaging and level of customisation, so tell us what you’re planning and we’ll confirm. The minimum of 10 applies to our ready-to-order gift sets.

How long does production and delivery take?

It depends on the project. For stocked merchandise, timing depends on branding, packaging and assembly requirements. Fully custom products generally take around six weeks by air, depending on specifications. We confirm a project-specific timeline before production.
